clean environment helpful staff excellent recommendations
The hotel offered a very clean environment. the staff were friendly and helpful. i enjoyed the variety and quality of food available in the buffet. ivo, the valet, provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants. This made our outings very convenient. the nikkei restaurant is worth a visit!

misleading description electrical issue
the breakfast was varied. i did find the staff to be mostly helpful.
my room faced other balconies. it was far from the advertised 'sea view. ' the tv turned on by itself at midnight, which, while amusing at first, became concerning. the whole stay felt a bit like i was overpaying for what i got.

beach proximity good selection
I found the location great. It was close to the beach. we stored our luggage at the hotel. it was easy to enjoy more time by the sea. the breakfast had a good selection.
The water pressure in the shower was not strong. It was hard to get a good shower sometimes.

The hotel offers daily room cleaning. This includes fresh towels and water. i saw staff providing prompt service around the pool area. reception efficiently handled luggage storage. they were helpful.

the hotel is located steps from the beach. the staff were very friendly and helpful . the breakfast buffet had many options to choose from. our room was well-kept.
the gym hours were limited, opening only from 8 am to 8 pm.
